Castelldefels is a seaside town just south of Barcelona in the Baix Llobregat comarca but still in the province of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It is located just to the north of the Massís del Garraf and is the last town on the coast before the next county/comarca called Garraf.

Regional trains to Castelldefels leave every 15 minutes from various stations in Barcelona including Passeig de Gracia (currently undergoing renovation), Catalunya or Sants: Price for a return ticket around 10 euros.
