This takes you to a webpage where you can access the official Barcelona taxi complaints form.

You can only send an online complaint about Barcelona taxis, if you are a resident of Catalunya and have a digital ID certificate.

If you are a tourist / visitor to Barcelona, you can't use the online form, but instead you have to download a complaint form, print and complete it and send it by surface mail.

Please note that if you make a complaint, then the receipt issued by the taxi driver needs to be attached to your complaint. This is necessary because the receipt shows the taxi ride details: license number, NIF number, Vehicle registration number, price of the trip and date of the trip.
