Wwner and chef is Roberto Ruiz who became the first Mexican chef to win a Michelin star in Europe. Jaiba MX is an extension of the Pacific coast Mexican food which started with his restaurant Barracuda MX, located in Madrid. "The main claim of our restaurants is 'we bring a spicy taste to Spain,' in this case we are trying to bring the spiciness of Mexico to Barcelona."
